Everyone's telling you that IRL events and community experiences are the next big thing for your brand. Cool!
But nobody taught you how to actually fill the room... We're going to run through my signature Discover → Explore → Commit → Belong funnel, with a deep dive into the Commit stage... we're gonna put our promoter hats on and learn about how to use clarity, consistency + confidence get people to commit (without feeling like a beg!) You'll leave with real tools from the world of event marketing that you can apply whether you're hosting birthday drinks or selling tickets to something big.
I've spent 10 years in the festival industry, selling out 70k capacity events, so getting people to show up is literally my job.
I’m Embarrassingly obsessed with bringing people together. I'm often the one organising the thing, and I truly believe community is one of the most important things we have and more people should feel confident sending that invite.

Performance can be both the shovel that excavates your truth, and the vehicle that delivers it effectively to your audience.
It's a keynote about the power of TRUE authenticity (and not the single version of AuThEnTiCiTy that's being demanded online) and how having more fun with our business unlocks our creativity and puts us in a category of one.
Audiences will leave inspired to dig into who they really are, with 3 practical examples that they can immediately action.
I used to be a theatre-maker! And that informs every part of my business. I have a reputation online of having unique marketing approaches, and inspiring other people to unlock their own creativity. I'm also so much fun!!

Attendees map themselves against a grid and learn how to avoid and escape "The Hole" - the burnout state where the creative juices stop flowing and your body is screaming out for some love. It's a live self-diagnosis: through group discussion they'll leave with a one-pager for their workstation, a personalised plan for looking after themselves built on my Play, Recharge, Progress framework.
I work with people daily on exactly these issues, from high performers to business owners. And I've been through the trenches with it myself lol. From a corporate consulting career to following my passion in health and fitness, I've transformed how I show up for myself, and I've now coached almost 100 people to do the same thing.

Picture spending months perfecting a shop, getting every detail of the shopfront right, then opening on launch day to find a three-foot step at the door and all the customers it quietly turns away. That is what most content does without anyone realising
In my session I’ll show it live: attendees submit a recent post in advance and consent to it being chosen, then I audit one on the spot to reveal the blind spots most creators / brands never see.
The audience leaves realising inclusive content is not optional or extra, it is a step they need built into how they work if they do not want to keep losing the customers they never knew they were missing.
As a creator I have made inclusive content for brands including Microsoft, BBC, Amazon, Tesco, Starling Bank and Strongbow, and I am qualified in digital marketing and e-commerce with my project focused on inclusive marketing.
