As the discussion unfolded, we delved deep into the complexities of ambition—managing the fear of failure, remembering to celebrate the highs, balancing commitments to friends, family and everything in between. The panel, that also featured Tobi Asare Managing Partner, Head of Growth at OMD UK, along with Farrah Storr Ex-Elle magazine Editor In Chief and Head of Writer Partnerships at Substack, shared stories of overcoming obstacles, breaking barriers, and refusing to be held back by societal expectations.
